I found the driver for Nvidia GeForce GT520M for Windows XP. Here is the links to the driver:

3.Part3
When all the 3 parts will be downloaded then you extract the files and after that install the driver.

Actually, this is a Bluetooth. You need a Bluetooth driver. The model that i have don’t have a Bluetooth. I will look for it and reply you soon as possible. Best Regards.
