After download you proceed with installation by clicking on the downloaded “exe” file.

After the installation the antivirus software will auto-start and the user interface that you will be see will be this:

The buttons and functions are almost the same like the 2015-th version, but look more modern than the old version. Also, and more important this version is lightweight than the old version, in terms that use less RAM memory than the old version.

The main windows is little bit changed. Now it looks modern.

Something new in AVAST 7 that all gonna notice is that have Remote Assistance. With this tool you  can connect to another computer with remote connection through your AVAST Antivirus.

The installation and registration is similar as with the previous versions of AVAST Free antivirus.

Here we have the user interface of AvaCam.

When we click Start, in the new window that will show we select our video source from the menu (if we have more than one), and after that we have unlocked all the buttons.

Then we see the video from the camera and can take a picture if we click on “Snapshot”, take a series of pictures if we click on “Burst” and record a video if we click on a “Record”.

In “Cam Options” we can adjust Brightness, Contrast etc, and in “Video Size” we select the resolution of the taken pictures or video.

On first look very small and simple, but very useful software.
